We manufacture our prints in our own printing studio. Each ordered print is custom printed and packed for you. That's why we can guarantee you the best possible quality - because each print is made by people who really care about each unique piece of print.
We use 12 color inkjet cutting-edge printing technique which guarantees the most accurate color reproduction with a resolution of the print up to 2400 dpi. We use printers from Canon Pro series with original Lucia Pro water-based inks. These inks are eco and health friendly and also provide up to 100 of years durability of our print without any change in colors. Moreover, with additional chroma optimizer ink, our prints are free of bronzing effect.
We only use certified papers and canvases from brands such as Solution, Hahnemühle, and Canon.
Printed on the highest quality, 100% matte, archival 290gsm paper with noble structure. Print is prepared with the best attention to the details. Cut with Passe-Partout (1,5 - 4 cm white borders around print), and finished with a dry stamp. This is not the normal print, this is the experience of beauty. If the print is available in the Signed Fine Art Print option, print is personally signed and numbered by author. This is an ideal choice for distinguished interiors where you want to feel the top class. We recommend getting professional framing of your print in one of your local framing studios.
Fine Art prints look the best in a solid wooden; black, or brown frames. Covered with museum/art quality glass (If you do not want to invest in such a glass we recommend you to frame it without any cheap glass or plexi in the front). For prints bigger than 40x50cm we also recommend sticking the print on cardboard or dibond to keep it flat.
High-quality poster printed with the same technology as Fine Art. The biggest difference between Fine Art and Poster is the paper which is thinner - 240gsm and causes more flares (this is satin paper). Posters have a digitally printed logo, title, and details of the image in the corner. They are cut without Passe-Partout (white borders). This is good quality in good price. Perfect choice if you are looking for a gift for a space or aviation geek or just want to have a nice poster on the wall.
Ready to hang on your wall canvas print stretched on the wooden frame. Printed on 360 gsm cotton-polyester high quality canvas with inkjet 12-color technology. Canvas has a visible structure(fabric) and ready print is borderless (does not need any additional framing). Available in sizes up to 100x100cm, bigger sizes we only prepare for custom orders (if you are interested contact us). Canvas prints to destinations beyond Europe shipped as rolled sheets - need framing.
No, the prints (Fine Arts and Posters) are shipped as rolled paper sheets in a protective tube. Currently, there are many possibilities for framing such a print on the market. We recommend frames from popular markets such as Ikea or if you want to get full of the experience we recommend doing custom framing in one of the framing studios in your neighborhood.
But if you order Canvas print to the destination on over Europe we send it as ready to hang on the wall print. Canvas is stretched on the wooden frame and doesn't need any additional framing.

Often if we see that somebody placed an order with all details and didn't finish the payment we contact such a person to ask what happened. Even if this person doesn't decide to finish their order it's always good for us to know the feedback, what caused such a decision.

We care about your experience that's why all our parcels are insured. If your print will be damaged in shipping, do not worry, just send us to email@example.com images of parcel and print damages and wait for your new print - in such case we provide free replacement. We will take care of the rest of the formalities related to insurance.
Each print is custom printed for specific order. Manufacturing of the print takes up to 3 days, but in the most of the cases we can send prints even the same day. All our prints are manufactured and ships from Poland(European Union).

But if you placed an order to the delivery destination beyond European Union then additional taxes could be applied.
The customer is fully responsible for any taxes and duties which might need to pay. If any local taxes or duties are applied to the parcel, the customer will need to pay them to release the package from customs. Once the order is shipped, all duties and taxes become non-refundable. If the customer returns any items, Cosmonity does not refund any associated taxes and duties. If you want to get more information about possible duties please check tax laws between the country of delivery and Poland from we ship our prints.
Once your print will be packed and ready for shipping you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link for your email given at the ordering process. Simply click on your tracking link in the email to view the up-to-date tracking information. The time needed to manufacture prints is up to 3 business days. These times are approximated and do not include transport time, which may vary depending on the delivery destination. We are based in Poland. Delivery time within Poland should take less than 48h, in Europe and North America up to 7 working days, and up to 14 working days for the rest of the World.
Once you have added the products to your cart, you can proceed to Checkout and easily paste the code to the “Gift card or discount code” field. Then, click the Apply button to redeem your discount. On the mobile version of the store place for typing the discount code is hidden under the top panel at checkout and is displayed at the last step of checkout.

Once you’ve placed your order, we receive it immediately to minimize the manufacturing time. Cosmonity will cancel the order free of charge if the customer requests the cancellation within 24 hours after they’ve placed the order. We can’t guarantee a successful free cancellation for orders that are placed on a weekend. If you succeed to cancel the order within 24 hours after its placement, you will not be charged. If the costs were already lifted from your credit card, we will fully refund the purchase price.
We always try to keep you updated on the status of your order so we will send you an email, confirming your order has been received, despatched or returned, or if we need to update you on items in your order at all.

Returns and Exchanges
Of course! Not everything you order turns out to match your expectations or simply does not fit into your interior. This is why we make it as easy as possible for you to return your items:
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. Ensure that prints are in perfect condition we will not accept returns on prints that have been damaged by a customer. The items must be returned in the original packaging with all the tags intact.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Please note, if the returned item is:
in not a resalable condition, or not in the original packaging with all the tags and labels intact we will be forced to reject your request(or partly reject) asking you to cover the shipping to return back the parcel to you.
If approved, the refund request will be processed within 1 - 3 working days after approval.

More about Cosmonity®
We are a brand based in Poland and founded by Michał Ostaszewski who is specialized in wide-field astrophotography. The word "Cosmonity" which is a merge of the words "cosmos" and "infinity" is a registered trademark in European Union Intellectual Property Office is reserved. We launched our brand focusing on the domestic(Polish) market at the beginning of 2022, but we already reached hundreds of customers around the globe.
Fascination with the Cosmos and the desire to answer questions about "what is there?" have been with me since such early childhood that I am not even able to remember a specific moment when I first became interested in it. One of the key aspects of this interest quickly became the beauty that can be found in objects in the night sky - this is how my many years of exploring the secrets of astrophotography began. At the beginning of 2021, I started realizing one of my astrophotographic dreams of a big photo of our Milky Way galaxy for which I spent 3 weeks in the Namibian desert and later months on postproduction. My interest in aviation during my early childhood was probably even more intense than my interest in Cosmos. As a small kid, I knew by heart an encyclopedia containing several hundred of airplanes. Moreover, airplanes and stars are always in the sky that's why I decided that I want to create a brand that will cover all my passions and share them for other people around the World.
