The Andromeda Galaxy is a spiral galaxy approximately 2.5 million light-years from Earth in the Andromeda constellation. Also known as Messier 31, M31, or NGC 224, it is often referred to as the Great Andromeda Nebula in older texts. The Andromeda Galaxy is the nearest spiral galaxy to our Milky Way galaxy, but not the closest galaxy overall.
The Andromeda Galaxy is the largest galaxy of the Local Group, which also contains the Milky Way, the Triangulum Galaxy, and about 30 other smaller galaxies. Although the largest, the Andromeda Galaxy may not be the most massive, as recent findings suggest that the Milky Way contains more dark matter and could be the most massive in the grouping. The 2006 observations by the Spitzer Space Telescope revealed that M31 contains one trillion (1012) stars: at least twice the number of stars in the Milky Way galaxy, which is estimated to be 200–400 billion.

Jakob Sahner is a 21 year old German astrophotographer who came into contact with the fascination of space early in his childhood. Very early he began to make projects with image and video editing programs and after graduating from high school he completed an apprenticeship as a photo and media technical assistant. The subject has grabbed him like an addiction although he had no knowledge about this hobby. He just wanted to do it and try it out! In the now more than 4 years he has become a worldwide known astrophotographer and has developed his skills from normal landscape astrophotography to deepsky photography.

If your print will be damaged in shipping, do not worry, just send to contact@cosmonity.com images of parcel and print damages and wait for your new print - in such a cases we provide cost-free replacement. We will take care of the rest of the formalities related to insurance.
Each print is custom printed for specific order. Fulfillment time takes up to 3 days, but in the most of the cases we can send prints even the same day. All our prints are manufactured and ships from Poland(European Union).

Returns and exchanges
Of course! Not everything you order turns out to match your expectations or simply does not fit to your interior. This is why we make it as easy as possible for you to return your items:
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. Ensure that prints are in perfect conditions we will not accept returns on prints that has been damaged by a customer. The items must be returned in the original packaging with all the tags intact.

Printed on the highest quality archival 290gsm paper with noble structure. Print is prepared with the best attention to details and cut with white Passe-Partout (white borders around print) and certified with a dry stamp. This is not the normal print, this is the experience of beauty hidden in the science behind understanding the laws of the Universe. If print is available in Signed Fine Art Print option, print is personally signed and numbered by author.
Poster Print
High-quality poster printed with the same technology as Signed Fine Art. The biggest difference between Fine Art and Poster is the paper which is thinner - 240gsm and causes more flares. Posters have a digital printed logo, title and details of the image. They are cut without Passe-Partout (white borders).
